We knew he was the right agent for us when we met him at a listing - he was warm, straightforward, and very knowledgeable about the area and the erratic housing market. He really tries to learn what you are looking for/can afford following house visits versus being pushy or aggressive. He is an excellent and responsive communicator - available and patient to answer every question big and small (and as first-time home buyers we had plenty!). His recommendations for lenders, inspectors, and lawyers have been spot on - all of the people we worked with have been unusually kind, responsive, and excellent communicators like Chris himself. He also helped us formulate a competitive but reasonable offer - and not forgo important protections for us just to get the house (huge!).
